Maribel was born within Virginia and was raised by her parents and siblings, though details about them are scarce. At a young age she wanted to pursue a career within the legal field and aspired to be an attorney. After high school graduation and attending at the University of Virginia, where she earned a degree with an emphasis in German as well as Foreign Policy. Thomas Jefferson, an author of the Declaration of Independence, founded the university in 1819. The school has grown to now offer over a hundred different programs in the vicinity of Jefferson's Academical Village which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This university is spread over 1600 acres of land for its main campus and many more acres for the research park and farm. Maribel was a student for her Juris Doctor at New York Law School following the completion of her bachelor's degree. Maribel Aber NYLS has an impressive faculty, including many who are also experienced in the legal and business world.
